We may collect information you submit to ClipForge AI Studio, including your email address, account details, prompts, briefs, transcripts, scripts, clip notes, and uploaded files or audio used inside the tools. This information is used to operate Content Brain, Video Forge, Voice Forge, credits, subscriptions, and account support.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Authentication, account data, credits, free-pack counts, and related account records are handled with Supabase. Email delivery may be handled through Resend, Supabase SMTP, or related email services. Billing and transaction records may be kept for account history, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and support.

Tool inputs may be sent through server-side requests to AI providers to generate outputs. Uploaded media may be used temporarily to create transcript-aware guidance, posting plans, or voice previews. Video Forge provides planning, caption timing suggestions, edit notes, and posting strategy. It does not produce video files or store uploaded videos as a cloud library. Voice Forge audio previews are temporary and are not saved by ClipForge AI Studio on the server.
