You agree to use ClipForge AI Studio lawfully and responsibly. You are responsible for the content you submit, generate, copy, download, publish, or share. You should have the rights needed for any prompts, transcripts, media, brand materials, or other content you provide.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. Review titles, hooks, captions, scripts, edit notes, voice previews, and posting plans before publishing. ClipForge AI Studio does not guarantee views, engagement, revenue, virality, platform performance, or business results.

Credits and subscriptions provide access to ClipForge AI Studio tools. They do not guarantee a specific result. Credits are used for successful generations according to the product rules shown in the app. Monthly subscriptions may add recurring credits while the subscription remains active.

• Illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, deceptive, or infringing activity.
• Spam, platform manipulation, malware, credential theft, or security abuse.
• Attempts to abuse credits, payments, refunds, subscriptions, or account systems.
• Using the service in ways that violate third-party platform rules or applicable law.

Features may change, pause, or discontinue over time. ClipForge AI Studio is not responsible for outages, policy changes, billing behavior, or decisions made by third-party services such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Stripe, Supabase, Resend, AI providers, or other connected platforms.
