Digital Credits
ClipForge AI Studio credits are digital access credits used for successful generations. Because generated outputs are digital and available immediately after completion, used credits are generally not refundable.
When Refunds May Be Reviewed
We may review refund requests for duplicate charges, clear technical failures, billing mistakes, unauthorized transactions, or other account issues where a fair review is appropriate. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund, but we will review the details in good faith.
Subscriptions
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past subscription periods or credits that were already used. If you believe a subscription charge was incorrect, contact support with the details so we can review it.
